A well thought-out design requires a quality set of construction documents that outline the scope of work for contractor bids and permit approval. Through our design partner, we are able to assist with preparing these plans so projects move forward smoothly.
If you already have a contractor selected, we can still help create the drawings and construction
documents they need to build the project.
When required, we can also consult with registered architects, as well as structural, civil, and MEP engineers that we have worked with in the past to complete drawings for permitting and construction.

Cross Construction & Renovations LLC is a residential construction company owned and operated by Jacob Scott, serving homeowners throughout Centre and Clearfield Counties.
We take on a wide range of projects — from bathroom and kitchen renovations to custom decks, home additions, garages, and full interior upgrades. Whether improving an existing space or building something new, our focus is always the same: careful planning, clear communication, and quality craftsmanship from start to finish.
Every project is approached with the goal of building something that functions well, looks clean, and holds up for years to come.
By working with trusted subcontractors from the area, we are able to coordinate projects that involve a wide range of trades.
Jacob M. Scott
After attending Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology in his mid-twenties and gaining experience across many areas of the construction trade, Jacob developed a strong appreciation for the variety and problem-solving that construction work offers.
In 2020, Jacob established roots in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, with his wife Sarah and their son Jedidiah to start Cross Construction and Renovations LLC. Since then, it has been rewarding for him to see the company grow and take shape within the community.
Jacob takes the most pride in seeing projects through from start to finish. From the initial idea to the final details, he enjoys the process of helping homeowners take a vision and turn it into something real.
